Arcoute Software Publishing is a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines under DTI Business Name No. P-N-2026-8282012, with its principal address in Candon City, Ilocos Sur 2710.

Pricing
Both products are currently free to use while our BIR registration is completed. This is a temporary arrangement, not a permanent commitment to a free tier. If and when charging begins, it will be announced inside the product and you will be told before anything is billed to you. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a binding price.
Accuracy of this site
We aim to describe our products accurately, but the content here is general information, not professional advice. Screens shown on this site are illustrations built for the page; they use sample figures and do not depict any real business, account, or transaction.
Nothing here is accounting, tax, or legal advice. Our products help you keep records and produce documents; they do not replace your accountant, your bookkeeper, or your own responsibility for what you file.
Compliance references
Where we cite Philippine regulatory standards — for example BIR RMO 9-2021 Annex B, RR 16-2006, RMC 5-2021, RA 11976, or PCHC cheque requirements — we are describing the standards our software is built against. We are not a government body and we do not certify, approve, or guarantee the outcome of any examination, filing, or clearing process.
Trade marks and content
The Arcoute name and mark, and the Ledgerline and ChequeFlow product names, belong to Arcoute Software Publishing. Bank names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

This site links to our products and may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms that apply inside our products.
Arcoute Rentals
Arcoute Rentals, the student-rental marketplace formerly operated at this domain, was retired in July 2026 and is no longer available. Its terms of service no longer apply to anything on this domain.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
