It is for owners, lessors, dorm managers, boarding house operators, and authorized representatives with rooms, beds, studios, apartments, or condos for long-stay renters.
Why is admin review required?
Review protects tenants from fake or misleading listings and gives hosts a cleaner, more trusted marketplace presence.
Applications, Viewings, And Verification
What are the application statuses?
Applications can move through New, Under Review, Shortlisted, Viewing Scheduled, Approved, Reserved, Moved In, Declined, Withdrawn, Expired, or No-show.
How are viewings scheduled?
Hosts schedule viewing windows from their application inbox. The viewing record stays connected to the application and listing.
What does verified mean?
A verified badge is shown only after Arcoute reviews the host authority, property details, photos, and address information.
